So many of my clients couldn’t find exactly what they wanted in a new home for a price they were wiling to pay.  Many thought of new construction but it can be so confusing and difficult to find the right builder and then to build the right home.  That’s why I created “Blaine New Construction.” I do not work for any builders.  Instead I work for  you, my client.  This way I am able to show you multiple builders projects and will not try to steer you to one or the other. I can negotiate with the builders on your behalf, I work for you.
